Will you invoice us once the work is done or do we have to pay immediately?

We prefer payment when the technician completes the work. However, we will do all we can to try and work with your company's billing system, whether your company works with purchase orders, invoices, etc.

If your company requires anything preventing payment when the technician finishes (P.O., ACH, W-9, etc), please contact us prior to having the technician dispatched to work on the machine.

NOTE:Payments made immediately after the service call receive a $25/hr reduced rate.
